INNER BLOCK
You can us Embed: EveryAction inner content block if you have access to EveryAction and can create a donation form or a petition (see below examples).
To make these items available in these content blocks, they first need to be added by going to Modular Content / EveryAction Embeds and selecting the "+" button.
To display correctly, this also requires adding the outer content block Shared Content and looking for CSS: EveryAction Embed Styles. This will need to be added to your subsite by the web team (Modular Content / Reusable Blocks / CTAs)

OUTER BLOCK
Another option to paste an EveryAction form is the Container: EveryAction + Inner Blocks outer content block. You still require access to EveryAction and can create a donation form or a petition.
To make these items available in these content blocks, they first need to be added by going to Modular Content / EveryAction Embeds and selecting the "+" button.

Embed: Typeform
INNER BLOCK
We use Typeform to deploy a quiz or a survey to our web users. It's a great engagement strategy and can be a very effective email CTA. You can us Embed: Typeform inner content block if you've worked with the web team to create your own Typeform.
To make these items available in these content blocks, they first need to be added by going to Modular Content / Typeform Embeds and selecting the "+" button.
CTA: FundraiseUp
OUTER BLOCK
If you are approved to raise funds and have been given access to FundraiseUp, you can use the CTA: FundraiseUp outer content block to embed a FRU donation form on a page.
First, you need to create a FRU "Donation Form" Element and attribute it to a FRU campaign. The embed code is available on the element and will look something like <a href="#FORMID" style="display: none"></a>.
This content block requires a background image (please ensure it is at least 4000px).
Shared Content
OUTER BLOCK
The Shared Content outer content block allows you to place a donate CTA like "CTA: FundraiseUp" (above), but allows it to be centrally managed through Modular Content / Reusable Blocks (CTAs). So you can have multiple instances across your website that can be edited in one location.
This shared element is an example of a donate CTA.
Shared Content can be any combination of outer and inner blocks. Here's another example using Text: Columns (Max 3):

Callout: Box
INNER BLOCK
The Callout: Box inner content block has a setting that displays an email address input field and subscribe button. It allows a Label, Title, Description, or any combination thereof. It automatically integrates with an EveryAction petition that fires a custom email autoresponder.
